  3. TimeChanger makes it easy to change date- and time-information at
  4. any file on your system. Just enter the date and time you want
  5. to stamp your file with, click on the "Set Time"-button and it's done!

  7. Perfect for anybody who don't like to show the world when a file was 
  8. created.

  10. For Windows version 3.1 or higher

  12. TimeChanger is shareware. You are allowed to distribute this for 
  13. free, as long as it is unmodified. You are also allowed to evaluate
  14. the program for 30 days without paying anything.
